Galjeon fishing is not easy ,great video. I have caught some really huge one's. Try making a not on your sinker line saves you time making a new trace to just putting on a sinker

Will try that IF I ever go again. They are a lot easier to spear them

Hi there Jonah. I do have so spare spearguns. Have you done spearfishing before. I am a padi freediving instructor and run spearfishing courses with gear rental. Let me know when you are here 0829590111

Wash your hands in the sand and water, and squeeze it over your hand parts, then take tooth paste and wash your hands, smell gone.

Why bite the line when you have pair of scissors with you? Snell knot easier on a small circle hook. Should have braaied the super fresh Black tail.

You've spent more time explaining how matured red bait smells than actually catching fish. Stick to spear-cheating!

@@Bloudam Creating a video on how to catch Galjoen, at the same time you criticize the traditional method of onshore fishing, stating that you really don't like it and then go on to complain about the smell of bait. Definitely not a video I'll watch with my son who is a young fishing enthusiast, especially when you refer to bait as "shit". Perhaps make the title - " Why I prefer fishing from a boat / Estuary " . Cheers man, have a good one
