The penultimate round of the Triton Showers National Rally Championship took place over the roads of Galway, with an packed entry list and a quality starters list of cars and crews. The event was won by Gareth McHale in his Volkswagen Polo R5, meaning the McHale name returned to the top of the time sheets for the first time in over a decade! its mindblowing how some drivers will fly in trying to save every second they can off stage time.then when they spin out will waste 5 seconds setting still spinning the tires, when easing off the throttle would stop spinning the tires enough to propel the car forward again.some of these folks must not have much experience racing a clock.
