Here at WildeBeard (will-duh beard) Review, we like comics especially Marvel’s Merry Mutants, The X-Men! Every week I do a weekly pull list video or live stream called “What’s On Your Pull List?” where I talk about all the new comics I’m excited for that week! Then, starting on Wednesday, you’ll find in depth reviews of a selection of that week's new comics with a heavy positivity bias! I like what I read and I read what I like!

Dr. Nemesis is the older fellow in Way of X series. I love the look on Idyll’s face when Arrako knocked up Tarn. Irene’s and Remy’s conversation was epic along with Shiro’s small part. Now I want to see Sunfire’s power in space!

Abigail has some power plays, and I can imagine her being able to work out her profile to not present herself as mutant to ORCHIS. If she finds out the robots are trying to take over, then she’ll make the proper arrangements to stop the possible robot-led future mutantkind has to face. The highlighted area for Culture/Influence has to be for MODOK’s recruitment since he knows how to make a public appearance to the world and represent ORCHIS for not what it truly is. C.F. Villa’s (of Black Cat) work and Marte Gracia’s colors make up for the absence of Pepe Larraz in a momentous fashion. Javier Pina, jumping in issue #10, also makes incredible styles as well. Destiny, at the end of her storyline of this issue, shows off no subtlety to Gambit. It’s ironic!

Irean is the ultimate Troll. But then again as a precog and lover of Mystique I think it Isa requirement.

Most of the time, Irene wasn't this scathing in the old days. Up to late 80s, Irene was written as the elegant, refined, and mostly reserved, elderly lady. She had moments where she laid it down and was witty, but wasn't this scathing wit we've seen in Krakoan age. Again, that was up to the late 80s. I focused mostly on Excalibur in the 90s and other titles were secondary (hey a young adult just moving into her first apt and working a low wage job couldn't afford 5-10 titles!) I saw some Destiny in that time, but not a lot and don't remember how she was written then.
