8:32:12 - That's actually how I get most of my protein! My local grocery store (which is normally stupidly expensive) often has whole chickens on sale for $2.50 CDN/lb. Granted, about half of that weight is in bones, but that gets turned into stock. The hardest part about buying whole chickens is they take up a LOT of freezer space, so I end up butchering them down into pieces, and vacuum sealing them in portions of 2-4 pieces of the same cuts. Comparatively, beef is normally $15/lb on sale, or $4/lb for ground beef.

2:58:15 Yes and no. The UK's bureaucracy is actually very efficient. Almost everything is digital and accessing government services is very easy for _most_ people. If you have difficulty using online tools or limited Internet access, it's a very different story and you can end up literally paying more for the privilege of not having easy access to online tools or not having certain forms of ID that are required for the online tools. That said, I still wouldn't call it a Rube Goldberg Machine, just slow, paper bureaucracy. What absolutely _is_ a Rube Goldberg Machine is the political structures of government. the UK has no written constitution, but rather a minefield of almost 800 years of individual acts of parliament, common law precedent, and tradition. One of the reasons Brexit has caused so much turmoil in the UK political system as a whole is that in order to try and break through the intense intra-party split and deadlock, the government started breaking a bunch of the traditional rules and gentleman's agreements that weren't _technically_ legally binding but had basically been the norm for hundreds of years and it caused a big shitstorm.

34:30 you stream almost 12h a day, 5-6 days a week.. How could you even be pre recorded? . You would need to be pre recording half your day every day anyways... There would be no point. 😂
