Thanks for the rules breakdown of the game, great job.. The only thing I would suggest is you do timestamps of each section of the video in the drop box. Example day phase, night phase scoring Etc. For faster reference.

So if one player does not reach the imperial palace then they score 0 points for everything?

Yes, that's correct! It's tough, but that's how it was designed.
