Actually the two actions you unlock al 29:51 are two additional village actions, not immediate gains. They have the red background for permanent effects

I like your tutorials, very well explained. You always zoom in the board/cards so that we can see the symbols clearly, good job! For the combat action, seems you forgot to mention the scoring of the points on the flag?

Thank you. :) Regarding Brass and GWT - I don't really have a capacity for that now, I'm sorry. There's a demand for the tutorials for new games and those new games come out all the time. And to be honest, there are already some good tutorials for both Brass and GWT.

Sorry my friend, I love your videos but in this case I would have liked more detailed explanations to the actions, the symbolism and more examples. I know there are a lot going on on the board. But after the video I am still at a loss as to how I have to do some actions! Please don't get me wrong! Keep up the good work. I hope you continue with more rules videos :)!

Wow! How does it feel to have a game with the name of your city? :) Do many people now about it? There's a game called Ethnos, and it has a board with a map, and that map is the exact copy of Slovakia state which I come from. The game was quite popular, and I still have it. :)

Could you explain the unlock on your ship board under the combat actions. Its a new combat action unlock, where i can see 2/5 and then place a country marker and do something with an assistent?

OK :) It is actually in the rulebook, page 13: Choose a village (preferably with your assistant), spend 2/5 combat points if there IS/ISN'T a country marker. Place (or re-place) the country marker there, and then: - gain 1 influence - gain 3 doubloons for each of your assistants in THAT village - gain 1 doubloon for each assistant other players have in THAT village

As far as I remember you move them by various card effects.

In 19:38 you said to remove assistant into the general supply. Do you mean to put on the board. Otherwise how do you get your assistant to the board.? Is the assistant in the personal pool only replenished as you complete the personal goal? Thanks for the teach. Very helpful.

- Into general supply means into the general supply somewhere near the game board, NOT on the board. - You place assistants on the board when you buy a card which allows you to place the assistant on the specific location, e.g. Explorer, Mercenary, Smuggler (they cost 7 coins and you must place an assistant onto the depicted location). - You can gain the assistants primarily by completing the personal goals, but there are FEW quests and cards that also give you 1 or 2 assistants, and there's also a spot on the Explorer track. Hope this helps!

If you buy a card with a permanent effect (red border) that advances your explorer by 1, what does that mean? Does that mean every time it is your turn you get to advance the explorer by one? Or is it a one-time advancement of 1? Or do you always get to move the explorer by 1 every turn and if you get that red-border card, you now can advance it by 2?

It means that everytime you move your explorer, you can move it one additional space. (You can find the details of all permanent effects on p. 18 in the rulebook.)

EDIT: Yes, I allowed it 😊. I just didn't recall the name of the channel as I gave my permission to the author himself, and so the name of the channel didn't ring any bells in the first moment. 🙂 So everything is OK here!
