The only S7 scene I liked just because of that conversation,the music, special effects etc was that one and the siege of casterly rock just because it was a pretty cool scene(despite all the obvious nitpicks/ plot holes)

Who's fault was that? Martin had 6 years since the show's start to offer up an end (season 7), hell he hasn't even published one since that same year over a decade ago. AT least put the blame where it belongs. Of course the ending was rushed, it had been going 8 years by then. It was clear no new book was coming any time soon. How long were they supposed to wait? People do want to work on other things...

@@cineris2389 what do you mean? Martin gave them an ending, it was their job to make it a good one and they screwed up, badly, because they wanted to move on. You know what increases the chances of not getting hired by anyone else? Screwing up the biggest show because you rushed the job you were payed to do just so you can go and do another. Those two are horrible hacks and it was only Martin's guidance that kept that fact hidden for so long. When he stop covering for the idiots it became clear just how bad those people were at their job. They can't write dialogue, they can't write believable motivations, they can't even create logical events. The best they could come up was dick jokes, teleporting armies and plot armor.

You have got to be joking. Please tell me you are joking. GRRM had absolutely no idea what "Hodor" means when he wrote the first book. He had no idea about anything that goes on in the later books. He meant to write three books, maybe four, and only changed his mind because the books were so successful. That's why everything is turned upside down in the fourth book (or fifth?) This whole series had become a daily soap. That's why I stopped watching after Joffrey's death, the first time GRRM killed off a main character. _
