Now I really want to make a game where it starts with 5-10 minutes of cutscenes, then you spend a few minutes creating your character, with a *VERY* detailed character creation menu, lots of great customization options... then another 5-10 minutes of cutscenes... and then you're murdered within the first 5 minutes of playing and you have to create an all-new character, who is much less powerful that you have to play through the rest of the game with.

Any other podcast and i would have shut this off 2 minutes in. Holy shit thats the dullest game ive ever seen. Was expecting a far less extensive version of skyrim. To be fair telltale is all cutscenes too but at least thats the idea. Wow.

Yeah, I've seen it a few times, here and there. It's for people who like the books, the title and the cover of the box are definite misnomers. If you like the books, you'll like the games. It's closer to GRRM's vision than, say, the Tell-Tale series. (though I enjoyed that too, in its own way)

I'd love to see a Dragon Age: Origins type game for GoT where you can choose classes/backstories from a Faceless Man, a pirate, a wildling, a disgraced lord, a knight, red priest(ess), or a Night's Watch Ranger. Then there could be specializations like being a Warg, a shadowbinder, and so forth. No direct connection to main characters from the show, maybe only vague references or easter eggs.

It's unfortunate, but I think the main pull of the GOT universe isn't actually the world.....but actually the characters in it. I think people would be more drawn in by interacting with/siding with their fav characters, or playing as them. Hard to say though, as this game went the route of "Hardly any characters from the books or show in it, only OC's" but it's difficult to say if that had a play in how awful it was....or if it was purely and ONLY the bad game mechanics.... I do in fact know a lot of people did complain though about how few characters of the show and books were in it, so take that as you will.

Slian sleeky season 2 was still airing or just finished, there wasn’t the hype for the show like it has now, so a fried and I was looking for potential RPGs to play and we saw this and saw how terrible it was from reviews and it kinda stuck in my mind, a week later I found the show in a streaming site and thought it was gonna be some crappy fantasy show like the game and was pretty bored so I watched it..and here we are today

Anyone remember bethesdas pirates of the Caribbean game on pc? Was quite a big open rpg with heavy focus on naval combat. If you were good at dueling, you could use the schooner you start with, board a battleship, steal it, then enjoy the easiest rpg ever. Probably shit if I ever go back to it, but felt really big and open when I was younger.

You could play The Bourne Conspiracy, if you really want a more hands on game (unlike my previous suggestion). The combat is pretty reminiscent of the Yakuza series, i.e. fun.

I order a July loot crate and heard that t shirt had ran out but would be getting more then sending. After a month chased and They said that ran out of stock and will not be sending. Complained on Facebook and Twitter and comments were removed and blocked. Got a rude email from a manager saying that case is closed and will not be replying anymore. NO HELP AT CUSTOMER SERVICES AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Also ordered shirts from lootvault and still have not been dispatched a month later

Play the NES version of Die Hard, if your doing the emulator thing. The story I heard is that there are not hundreds of enemies but only the number of terrorist from the film, which I think is like 12, so it might be a total stealth game with 8-bit era AI.
