Regular swords don't kill white walkers, Jon's sword was made out of Valaryian steel. Valaryrian steel, dragon glass, and fire are the only things that kill white walkers.

Randall was a dick. Dickon was a pussy who was an ok guy in the last two episodes. But you know he never stood up for Sam and if he was told to, he would’ve hunted him down just like his father would have if he didn’t go to the Wall. Sams mother is amazing and Sams sister is naively sweet for the way they treated Gilly. When I repeated the comment, I meant out of the three Tarlys who are men.

Another dumb plan by Tyrion. Just Kill Cersi unite the south and go north. His plan requires that Dani’s last ally go north into danger to capture a wight . Chances are Jon never comes back. But if Jon succeeds a ton of time is wasted and there is no guarantee that Cersi will deal fairly.

Yeah. I guess they can control how hot because when they cook their food it's just until done... Looks not as hot as lava since they don't have the rock around it melting but the turning to ash has to make it about as hot as the pyroclastic flow when a volcano erupts.

I don’t think they are minimal. It is a different situation but it was a moment that could have some serious repercussions in the future just as the Stark’s deaths did. This scene is great because there is a lot of gray area in this moment for Dany as we see pointed out later by Varys.

ReyRey Noelle m8, that’s not how it works, just because he doesn’t like dany doesn’t me he has to not like other characters that you stated lol. Also the top comment that you replied all sassy about wasn’t even offensive. It simply stated that it had a similarity to the mad king actions. Which this show likes to do a lot where they make certain characters perform certain actions that are similar to actions of the past. So I don’t know why you had to go all argumentative because the comment wasn’t stated in a manner of ‘dany is a mad queen because she burned the taly’s’. For the record in like a lot of character in the show because of how they are portrayed, example I like Jamie, little finger and especially Ramsey because they are all very complex characters which I enjoy. Btw if some will reply why I like Ramsey after all the fucked up things he’s done the show it’s simple. I enjoy a character like Ramsey because I really respect the actor to portray a character that is that sadistic and fucked up. Plus Ramsey is a badass lol Of course my fav is Jon Snow, Tyrion, Nedd and dany. Just because dany is one of my fav doesn’t mean I can’t give criticism about her lol.

This is why I strayed away being invested in their reactions. They don't pay attention to anything other than "muah dragons" and only like characters for "being good" rather than appreciating characters for who they are. Like, who cares if they're on the bad side or good side? I used to really not like Jaime in the beginning but I wouldn't stay on the black and white scale. I will not be here for the season 8 reactions 🤷♀️

Indeed. A lot of it is because of Patric and Jerry always yelling and screaming(and Patric's laugh). They may be the two most annoying people on youtube. The whole group also overlooks a lot of subtleties though, like the significance of Jon and Drogon's interaction, as well as Dany's reaction to it.

While I 100% agree with what Daenerys did the only thing that annoyed me about that scene was Tyrion gave this whole speech a couple of episodes ago about how people will follow Daenerys out of love and that's what makes her different from Cersei who rules out of fear. Asking people to bend the knee while a huge dragon is at her back goes against what Tyrion spent so much time establishing a couple of episodes ago. And before the Dany haters and Dany lovers start, I'm not calling Dany a hypocrite or anything like that... I'm just saying that I thought it was ironic. I would have liked to see you guys react to Gilly revealing the annulment between Rhaegar and Elia. That was a huge moment.

I hope you guys react to History and Lore: Conquest and Rebellion. Very well made with good animation and it's all available on KZfaq so you can react to the entire thing. Worth the watch. Yeah, I'm with the guys on this one. The Tarlys left no choice. Tyrion is made for ruling and politics, not war. Ellaria Sand was a bitch but she was right when she said Tyrion doesn't have the stomach for war.

There were a lot of choices. Even if she didn't want to keep them prisoners, she should still have given them a proper execution. They were knights of the realm, the realm that she wants to rule. She has learned nothing from what happened when she strolled into a place and tried to change their culture willy nilly. If she wants to rule Westeros and wants people to respect her rule, she is going to have to learn to do things the Westerossi way. She is already going to face some opposition for being daughter of the Mad King, and going around burning helpless prisoners isn't going to help her side at all. I can remember another pair of father and son that were burned alive by a Targaryen, and that is what caused the rebellion. Brandon Stark and Rickard Stark burned by the Mad King. I can respect the decision of executing the officers who didn't capitulate, but the way she went about doing it was objectively wrong. Burning them does NOTHING positive at all. It only causes problems for her. Nobody can argue this. It was that Targaryen blood driving her decision, not intelligence or planning.

@@naosou921 - firstly, 'that Targaryen blood'. There have been more good Targaryens than bad, just like the Starks. Secondly, they were not helpless. They literally betrayed their liege lords. Anointed knight or not. They were greedy traitors. Thirdly, burning people alive was a method of execution occasionally used by House Targaryen in the first 100 years. Also, beheading is not a thing used by all of Westeros. The Eyrie throw people out of the moondoor. Dorne execute people using snakes and scorpions. Perhaps Daenerys should have bashed their heads against a wall multiple times or stabbed them half a hundred times like the Lannisters did with the Targaryen children. Maybe poison everyone like Arya. I don't see people moaning about that. Maybe let him be ripped apart by dogs like Sansa. Or commit genocide and burn them alive like Cersei. Or bludger them to death like Jaime did with his own cousin.

Honestly editing is an area they have a lot of room for improvement in. So many scenes get cut and sometimes even in mid sentence. Reactions are a matter of taste and subjective of course , but imo top editing is what truly separates the best reaction channels from the rest of the pack.

ReyRey Noelle I didn’t see him saying he hates dany lol. I don’t understand why this argument even exist. I like both characters because they are both complex characters that have been developed in different environments. I like dany but I personally wasn’t a fan of the burning of the two. But that of course was performed in such a manner on purpose to relate the whole mad king reference. It’s not me hating on dany, it’s simply how the show plan it out to bring out discussion.

A lot of people have/had problems with the relationship between the sisters at this point, and some of them blamed bad writing for it. I think it's mainly because we rooted for both Arya and Sansa through their separate arcs and wished for a happy reunion of the Stark family In reality it would have been even worse storytelling if (upon their reuniting) their history had been totally ignored, and they got along like they weren't rivals in their early years.

On multiple viewings, I think the Spoils of War battle edges out the Battle of the Bastards, simply because we are invested in the survival of characters on both sides of the war. Everyone wanted Jon to beat Ramsey, but I, and a lot of others, did not want to see Jamie or Bronn killed.

He should’ve been thinking about that the whole time! Before he even gets to Dany he knows that his family is the ruling power- why would you join a side that is in direct opposition to them if you’re not willing to let them go?? This is where I think D&D fucked up at… in the books after Jaime releases Tyrion they have a rough reunion and they basically swear bloody vengeance against each other. Tyrion is a broken man after having killed his father and by the time he gets to Meereen, Dany has already taken flight so the circumstances of Tyrion’s whole mindset is completely different after he flees the capitol. He even convinced Dany’s other secret nephew to go attack the 7 Kingdoms while they’re weak as opposed to going to Meereen to beg Dany for a dragon

y’all are the only people who understand dany was right in her decision. Thank God! she said what she said! She gave them the choice to surrender and they didn’t. people really expected Dany to be like “OKAY YALL CAN GO BACK TO FIGHTING FOR CERSIE AND TRYING TO KILL ME AGAIN TOMORROW THEN BYE” like NO! tyrion all of a sudden doesn’t have the stomach for war. she was right to question his loyalties last episode too.

If you haven't already done so, maybe you guys can review The Misfits UK Version. Iwan Rheon (Ramsay Bolton) plays a main character, and the difference between Simon Bellamy and Ramsay Bolton is like night and day. Just an example of Iwan's skill as an actor 😉

THE MAGNIFICENT SEVEN marching beyond the wall!!! Wights die by fire. White walkers do not. Remember that the Night King and his lieutenants (the white walkers) can walk through fire and make the flames separate like Hardhome? Y'all should do Westworld. It is a real mind bender and you have to pay close attention to dialog. Arya was reading Sansa right, like she was taught to do. She could see it in her eyes that some of what Arya was saying was still true. She still hungered for power. Sansa nearly got Jon killed because of it. She is counciling with Littlefinger too much. She looked nervous as hell when she found out from Bran that Arya was telling the truth about her kill list. She questioned her about who else was on the list. If she had any further thoughts of stealing the north from Jon, she quickly changed course that minute knowing that Bran would eventually see it, and Arya would put her ass on the list. Now Arya talking about threatening the banners was overboard. Sansa was right about that. A humble lesson she learned while her and Jon were looking for help from the houses.
