Well this is a lawsuit for punitive damages/defamation, not a criminal case. If someone IS being abused, they should absolutely file criminal charges, your finances doesn't matter unless you are seeking compensation and need to hire a private lawyer, otherwise DA will file charges on the abuser.

Yesterday there was a side by side picture of her with the 'bruises'. One side was in a colour balanced light (whiter), the other was in a non colour balanced (more orange) light. Exactly the same pic at exactly the same time but Heard denied she altered the pictures saying that she only switched off the mirror ring light which is impossible as there would be different shadows and light reflections not to mention you cannot take two pictures exactly the same of a person at different time intervals no matter how small, something always moves. She is constantly lying even saying Depps bruised were photoshopped!
