Now since she's so big you might think that the ground pound doesn't hurt her, but it shows that it does. When you ground pound on Dori, she roars with pain! It's also possible that she puts her head down because the ground pound hurt so much that she must rest. When she regains her strength, she continues to swim again until Mario decides it's time to stop. But hey, it's just a theory. A Game Theory!
