Great info. Skukuza is rich in wildlife(and tourists) - the more cars, the more sightings :)

Hi we went to Lruger in June for thr long weekend. Stay at the Paul Kruger hotel just outside the park. Apart from the wait at the gate it was a very enjoyable trip. Lots of people lots of cars. Very busy in the south. I didn't personally mind the busyness it was good to feel a sense of normalcy again. Your route suggestions are definitely going to be tested in April 2023. I'll let you know how they fare. Best sighting we had was 23 "herd" of Lions at the transport dam. They were pretending to be enjoying the sun on the dam wall but were actually creeping up on the herd of zebra wildebeest on the other bank....

Hey man, just wanted to give you a quick thanks for the sable antelope tips, my brother has always wanted to see a sable antelope, i might be going in early march, i heard the roads are less busy? i've actually seen sable antelope as well, however not with my brother, it wasn't actually around that area either I believe we saw a herd with around 14-15 members on the H-10, we've also seen cheetah and serval on that road, i greatly recommend it for serval though!! We once saw a mother with her cubs sitting on the side of the road and coincidentally the next day, we cruised along that road and saw a serval jumping and attempting to catch a bird! Aside from that, thanks for the tips!! Also, if you haven't already, I recommend you checking out the S128, its perfect for finding animals which prefer the woodlands, you can find things like: black-backed jackals, side-striped jackals, honey badgers, african wild cat, caracal, cheetah, roan antelope and mountain reedbuck!

Sometimes you just need to take a break, spend some in nature, and reflect on where your life is going. A refreshing quote from *NewMessage org* - "It is important to take a spiritual retreat periodically, and particularly at times when important decisions are in front of you. A spiritual retreat here is not simply an escape from your outer life or a reprieve from your outer duties and responsibilities. Instead, spiritual retreat is a time to focus on the power and presence of Knowledge within yourself, the deeper Intelligence that the Creator of all life has placed within you to guide you, to protect you and to lead you to your greater accomplishments in life." "Within your spiritual retreat, it is also important to rest the mind and to treat the body well, not giving it things that are unhealthy, but treating it well-allowing it to recover its strength, allowing your mind to practice stillness and to gaze and to enjoy nature, to seek solitude, to recover from the bombardment of all the world’s stimulation, to be with your experience and continue to be with your experience, bringing your mind back from fantasy and distraction, recalling yourself: 'What do I really feel in this moment?' "
