This is a GameCube Menu Walkthrough. Specs & Information: Emulated on Dolphin Emulator v3.0-917 at 40 FPS. Resolution is set at 4xIR Resolution. Emulated with 4-Core (8-Core with Hyperthreads) Intel i7-3630QM CPU @ 2.40 GHz, and a Nvidia GeForce GT 650M, along with 8GB RAM.
For this menu to work, I had to change the following settings in Dolphin:
1) External Frame Buffer (Disabled) To External Frame Buffer (Enabled) [Virtual]
2) DSP HLE Emulation (Fast) To DSP LLE Recompiler
3) Skip BIOS Un-Checked in GameCube Tab of Config (Be sure to have the correct GameCube BIOS files loaded when this option is unchecked, otherwise it will reset itself.)
To bypass the disc loading when starting it in Dolphin, simply press and hold the A button.

I actually do get freaked out at it. I tend to either boot up the GC when I'm on another input on my TV or flat out step out of the room.

I don't know why, but at 1:18 when you have to press start to begin the game, I love that there is this screen which tells you a little bit what the story or purpose of the game is. And after you press start, it cuts to black and becomes quiet and then the game begins. It feels a bit ominous but also at the same time very exciting. Dare I say, I kind of prefer this over simply having the console logo animation first and then the game begins.

Fun fact - the blocks are purple rather than pink in any BIOS version besides 1.0.

Adam Rodgers I didn't really know about the game I played the ps2 in my childhood years the gc grathics are 100% more better than the Nintendo Wii and the grathics is so much better and clear for old school game such as sonic heroes on the gc and it was relesed in 2002 the console OMG

the gamecube's nostalgic feel is like a nice, warm comfortable bed after a long day. Like a big hug. while the wii's nostalgic feel is like a nice, bright sunny weekend morning where the sun has just finished lifting up from the dawn.

It's being played on an emulator, so it's likely a glitch.

Actually, that is the way that the menu was accessed. A more effective way would just to hold down A but whatever.

In europe (PAL) there's a language option but in NA (NTSC) it's stuck on english.
