For those who are stuck in 93% supply chest; Go to the cave located in north of Violet Banyan, and find advanced supply chest at the bottom of the cave. It will make your percentage to 96%.

Not sure what happened but I entered the cave north of violet banyan as a comment mentioned and some scene triggered? and the areas that were 98% (the ones unable to become 100%) became 100%?

@@lazybear2597 Hard to say. I guess they change scoring update by update, so if you didn't get 99% in 1.0.0, you prob stuck at 97% in 1.0.2. Anyways, this is glitched AF for now.
