It's Designer Mohammad Alavi was also the Designer of No Russian of Modern Warfare 2 (2009)and then the Campaign lead on Titanfall 2. He's a fucking legend.

Waiting for the helicopter on veteran or hardened difficulty is the worst part out of a horrible mission because when the helicopter finally arrives you get no checkpoint and you get beamed

I fucking love this mission solely because you have decisions to make. Do you kill them or play it safe by passing by. Do you try to two soldiers next to each other, or wait a while until they are separated? This mission taught me to choose wisely with what play style I wanted, and that’s why I cherish this game. Just for this mission.

+Jenangsuro I guess that sniper elite (the first one, on xbox ..) was really realistic.. Missions were hard and long to finish. Of course, graphics were crap, animation.. well "so so"... but I played this game few hours, for the background, the "Ambiance" of the game... Sniper mission of cod 4 sounds more like a good movie..

well he moves his head very slowly and that too when they are not looking at him. A notch faster would get him caught. Also, Ghillie suit works as an extremely good camouflage. His sniper rifle is also camouflaged. So if he stays at a single spot and just moves his head around very slowly, it can manage to avoid an un-alerted guard's attention. And ofcourse this is a shooter game, with very basic rules of stealth, not a milsim like ArmA or OFP where even 100 feet within the enemy eyesight would get you spotted(wearing a Ghillie suit ofcourse, otherwise the range is 250-300). Even the original GR gives a run for your life while trying the camouflage.

Whenever you've played this game over and over again and you get to the point where you don't let anybody in the mission live, not even the wild wolfs and yes it is possible on veteran. Nostalgia: you got this game on a Christmas morning you are just filled with excitement you wait for everyone to wake up its cold out so the house is cold and you are sitting on the couch waiting while you get nice and cozy. Everyone is ready to open gifts they are all happy dad got a new watch while mom got her favorite perfume while your sister got barbies and you got new nerf guns. And as you go to open your last gift its a slim rectangle with something rattling inside when you rip the first part of the gift you see the cover of the game Modern Warfare 4 you get filled with joy as you open the game and thank your parents and stick it into the 360 and start playing
