This is 2022 and I am using Evolution X hellfire 6.6. which kernal I should use for longer battery with a better gaming performance. I know I can't have both but all I want is a rom or kernel that gives me good battery backup but whenever I open a game, it gives performance over battery.

Sir the havoc rom is running on 3.18 kernel built and u flash 4.9 fox kernel .....it's not recommended by developers ...did u face any bugs after flashing 4.9 kernel ....? Redmi note 4 developers recommended that if phone is running on 4.9 kernel built so we can flash 4.9 kernel if we flash 4.9 over 3.18 sometimes it causes bootloop and many other bugs or error

@@GameofRoms In fact I was unable to boot after doing that. That's why I asked. So you recommend flashing the kernel only after you fully finish setting up the fresh OS and again rebooting in to recovery mode.

Theo mình nếu là rom stock thì không nên up kernel thêm lần nữa mà kernel thì nhiều loại lắm.up lên thì vẫn up được nhưng khả năng cao gặp nhiều lỗi vặt ví dụ như lỗi mic hoặc bị treo hay brick . Up kernel thì bạn nên chuyển sang rom tùy chỉnh thì up đc. Không biết bạn up kernel về mục đích gì mà up sai cách còn bị treo

Your videos is awesome for beginners and I recommend to people. 3:26, You cannot install any kernel in any device. The kernel contents drivers that matches your hardware and also have same configuration with your little kernel (Boot-loader). You can compile kernel by yourself if you have device driver or reversed drivers also works good. If you have "Pixel" Device then I strongly recommend you "Sultan" Kernel. It's highly optimized and advanced kernel.

I installed Corvus Os in my phone and it's still certified. I can use net banking apps without root. If i install a custom kernel, will i need to use magisk hide to make device certified to use net banking apps or will it remain certified even after installing custom kernel?

@MrHopeless Fortunately we've come a long road from that. You need to pass the test of SafetyNet and you'll have everything your phone can do. Banking, ISP apps, Router apps, and whoever is there, it will work. Just make sure you do it right
