Rocco going on about how this is the most boring era of PlayStation ever is so true. While they're releasing great stuff, nothing they're releasing from first party so far has been electrifying like it used to be. Regardless of how you feel about the games, it was exciting seeing big stuff like Horizon, God of War 2018, Ghost during the PS4 generation; just seeing new IPs and a huge reboot like that. Plus they had more first party Japanese presence then they do now. Now everything is safe and honestly expected and/or the same. The last PlayStation first party game that grabbed me like crazy was TLOU 2, and the only devs I'm excited to learn more about at the moment is BluePoint, Team Asobi and Insomniac with Wolverine. Great games coming out but damn is it boring at times.
