This is the pose able Gamera 1999 from Bandai S.H.MonsterArts, seen in the epic battle against Iris from Gamera III. This model includes optional burning fist and optional flying mode arms, tail, and waist parts, plus a flying mode stand.
This model is available around the internet, I don't think its sold out just yet and sells for about $100.
