Been putting lots of hours into octopath lately. Started it 1.5 yrs ago, then picked it back up a few months ago. I'm going to finish it today. Final chapter of the final character. 88+ hrs of total playtime. Then I'm going to move on to Monster hunter Stories 2.

Just finished Tales of Arise! Loved it! The video that sealed the deal on me getting this game was actually the review you two put out and thank you for that!

Dragon Warrior II has so many tricky things, that BLOW YOUR MIND. Like the dog following you around in the town which you have to use the mirror on; and then the wind dew, and all the crests and keys you have travel all over the world to find randomly on tiles; then the prince of Cannock getting cursed at the inn; then the dog showing you where the key is; then the shopowner secretly selling jail keys; then the priest in jail who tries to kill you; then the Cave to Rhone, with all the rooms leading back to the beginning, when you're being bombarded by FOUR GREEN DRAGONS; and then getting out of the cave and at any moment possibly being murdered by the Sacrifice spell from those damn blue fires or flying monkeys, with NOTHING you can do to stop it; then Hargon's Castle, and the illusion there. Such a roller coaster of emotions.

This is really fun and pleasant to watch. You seem like really nice people and I'm happy I somehow stumbled upon your channel (I've been subscribed for some time - I can't remember how I found you channel - but the frequency with which I've been watching has increased).

I've been playing Lost Judgment this past week. I'm now all caught up on the Yakuza series/franchise and can play them as they come out. Really enjoying it so far.

I'm kind of burnt off newer games myself for some reason so I've been replaying the FF pixel remasters back to back and having a great time. Also, thanks you Johnny, I got the DQ I-III collection on Switch and that's my next endeavor, so thanks for that! :)

I've been playing the re-releases of Cotton 2 and Cotton Boomerang on the Switch! Did not expect for both games to be so difficult compared to the reboot but it's still so much fun and im happy I don't have to spend a ton of money to play them

Just finished Ghost on the PS5. Absolutely incredible game to play again, and I am with you there - you get sucked in. The combat, the story, the characters, the Japanese history. One of my most favorite games of all time and I will play it over and over again. Love it.

Currently playing the Geofront translation of the Crossbell arc, for the Legend of Heroes: Trails series, Trails from Zero. I finished The 3rd, not too long ago, and got sucked into the world of Zemuria. The stories, the characters, the world-building, and even the dialogues are absolutely a stunner. Looking forward to reaching the Cold Steel series!

I'm on Self Quarantine right now and I'm currently finishing my backlogs such as Scarlet Nexus (Kasane Story Done, currently getting all endgame quest then Yuito Story), Bloodborne, and Nier Replicant (Ending A Done postponed playing it due to the time consuming flower quest).

To help get more connected to the characters you create in DQIII, name them after friends, people you know, etc.. It helped to the very end, and with post-game boss. I also had to leave my Merchant character behind for something specifically plot related in the mid-late game. I did not want him to go, but he gave himself a purpose to be part of the story.

I've been revisiting Earthbound on the SNES mini for the first time since becoming a turn based JRPG fan and I'm really enjoying it. Punctuating that with a few round of Chivalry 2 which is nutty fun. ALL of that stuff goes out the window next Friday with new METROID!!!

Loving Ghost Of Tsushima too - from sitting down quietly making little enigmatic poems and getting cool headbands...too amazing fights with exploding arrows and sticky bombs.... Not to mention the occasional visual epic dream sequences fighting in Legendary game mode. ACE

I've been playing Quake Remastered on Steam. I haven't played through Quake in a long time, and I had forgotten how much I enjoyed the game, and how hard it is on Nightmare mode.

For me, I've still been working on NEO The World Ends With You and Final Fantasy 1 Pixel Remaster. And I just got Tales of Arise the other day, so I'm really looking forward to that!

I got the Platinum for Tales of Arise. Now I’m playing FIST: Forged in the Shadow Torch, Tails of Iron and Lost Judgment. I have on my backlog: SuperMonkeyBall Banana Mania, also planning to replay Tales of Berseria and Vesperia, also Final Fantasy XV ( because I’m on the hype for XVI )

I got the Knowble Edition of Hero Land on Switch used for $30 at a Canadian Game Stop on Thursday. It’s a cute, fun game. Between that and the Castlevania compilations like the Anniversary and Advance collections, I won’t run out of games to play anytime soon. As an added bonus, the Contra and Castlevania Anniversary editions let you play the Gameboy games in their respective franchises, so that’s fun to play on the Switch Lite.

I played and beat Tales of Arise, Kena and now I am finishing up Mass effect Legendary. I loved Tales! Kena was a blast, the boss fights were harder than expected though. Mass effect is a wonderful experience with phenomenal story telling! I’m getting Dread tomorrow and am excited to play through that!

I've also been playing Ghosts of Tsushima on PS5 and I'm really enjoying it as well. I've been taking a short break on that for the past week or so since the Castlevania Advance collection came out. I really love those GBA Castlevania games and it's been a lot fun revisiting them.

I'm playing Tales of Arise, it's my first Tales and I'm enjoying it a lot. Also I'm playing Guilty Gear Strive, MK 11 and Yakuza: Like a Dragon.

While impatiently waiting for Metroid Dread to be released, I've been replaying the games on the Castlevania Advance Collection as well as Ys IX, and I just started playing Death's Gambit: Afterlife and The Messenger. I also recently ordered the re-release of the Grandia HD Collection on the Switch that came out Oct 1st and I'll probably be playing that as well once it arrives.

I had a tear in my eye at the end of Ghost of Tsushima on PS4. One of the best games I ever played. Also, gorgeous graphics.

I finally got a new CRT and I've been playing Time Crisis 1 again! I use to play it all the time way back, but being stuck with modern TVs has made playing lightgun games impossible! The image on my CRT is super crisp, I look forward to playing more retro games on it!
