@ClockwerKxs personally not a fan of Bethesda, a lot of their games are poorly optimized and everyone gives them a pass because their games tend to be "critically acclaimed". I don't like the fall out, elders scrolls, or doom or the (doom clone) rage all that much but I do like Dishonored. idk i feel that Bethesda is a very overrated publisher imo

Putting "critically acclaimed" in quotations doesn't reduce how near-universally loved their games are.

To me personally, a game that was universally and falsely thought to be dead months after release, For Honor has provided me with way more value and fun then any Bethesda game has tbh. It all comes down to opinion and preference. I'm curious to see what they'll do with their new IP Starfield. I hope its like star citizen

So yeah, opinion and preference. So not overrated; you just personally dislike them.

They are overrated and I gave a reason why. They release buggy, unoptimized pieces of shit games and get no flak for it. But let another developer or publisher pull the same shit they may lose sales or worse suffer from media and fan backlash. A sign of being overrated is when you can push broken games and not be called out for it, just because your games are "Universally loved" even tho that's more than likely false! lls
