Method 1
1. Search Run
2. Click Run
3. Type Regedit
4. Click OK Button
5. Open HKEY_CURRENT_USER
6. Open Software
7. Open Microsoft
8. Open Office
8.1 If You Are Using Office 365, Office 2019 or Office 2016 Open 16.0
8.2 If You Are Using Office 2013 Open 15.0
8.3 If You Are Using Office 2010 Open 14.0
8.4 If You Are Using Office 2007 Open 12.0
8.5 If You Are Using Office 2003 Open 11.0
9. I am Using Office 2016 I Will Open 16.0
10. Open Common
11. Click Open Find
12. If You Don't Have Open Find Right-Click On Common & Create New Key Name it Open Find
13. Click Open Find
14. Right-Click & Create New DWORD (32-bit) Value
15. Name it EnableShellDataCaching & Hit Enter On Your Keyboard
16. Right-Click On EnableShellDataCaching & Click Modify
17. Enter Value Data 1
18. Click OK Button
19. Restart Your Computer
20. Done! Open Word

1. Search Control Panel
2. Click Control Panel
3. Set View By As Category
4. Click Uninstall A Program
5. Click Microsoft Office
6. Click Change
7. Click Repair
8. Click Close
9. Done! Open Word

If both didnt work i suggest doing what he said "download latest Ethernet drivers" for your motherboard that one worked for me all you need to do is download and run the .exe and instead of install or remove pick the one on the middle its rapair then restart. that did it for me. . . . thanks mate
