22:47 I came to this video to see how the heck you're meant to beat this guy, and the answer is to be fully powered up it seems. If you're not, he does so much homing and spread bullshit that it's impossible to avoid. If you die, it doesn't give you enough time to get more powerups so you might as well reset.
