I don't know if you figured this out while streaming, but the game is super sensitive to the the length of held down notes, especially on shorter notes. Even if you hit it perfectly at the start, if you let go straight away it will give you a nasty

This! Using 2 keys for the notes helped tremendously

this game cares more about hold release more than hold notes you can hold A MINUTE before even the note arrives, and you can get a perfect same thing with hold release; you can hold FOR ETERNITY after the note's passed, and you'll get perfect the hard part is the transition from a note to the other this game has no regards on how long you hold the notes but only if you held for the entire note (and of course, if you can aim).

@@ScopeNHope it hasn't helped for me, both pre and post update on the double keys being easier i find it too unreliable i'd rather break my single finger

@@paper2222 there is some sort of a caveat to that. You are limited to your breath or how long your character can actually hold the note. Moving from from one note to another without releasing does still give you a perfect, I think, but your multiplier does not increase. As far as using 2 keys, it is a bit tricky as you cannot hold down 2 keys at the same time.
