The rolls are not realistic as they look like faith rolls over her spine which really hurts and is dangerous. The wall runs she does are too long realistically u can get 3 steps max after that u would slowly go away from the wall and fall off. And this one is quite obvious but sliding is not easy unless the floor is like marble or your in like sand or something slippery. Also long parkour runs are extremely tiring just going for 10 minutes straight is gonna leave you more tired than running a marathon

I think there was an interview back when Yakuza 3 came out with members of the Yakuza. I remember they liked how it portrayed Kiryu as not some crazy or evil person just because he was a Yakuza; he had a code and cared about the people close to him and wanted to do right. I also remember this funny exchange (paraphrased): Yakuza Guy 1: “I like that he runs an orphanage, I actually knew a guy in one of the clans who actually ran an orphanage too.” Yakuza Guy 2: “Wasn’t he running it as a tax dodge?” Yakuza Guy 1: “Of course he was! But it was still a real orphanage!” If anyone can find that interview it’s really neat.

I’d like to make a correction that I found they were a little inaccurate on. For clarification, a samurai is a social class, and a shonobi AKA Ninja is a job, these two things aren’t in opposition to one another, you can have a samurai who’s also a ninja, and the honor Code thing isn’t entirely accurate, you can also have a samurai who stealthy kills his Victims, honor is more so that you win rather than by the means of which you do it. Great video regardless
@RockstarGamer4531
@RockstarGamer4531 Жыл бұрын
I think there are so many differences between samurai and shinobi 1. Samurai never hides and stay as a protector of people with his own will and emotion whereas shinobi also protect it but as a job not as a free will…shinobis mostly work under someone and does their job… 2. Samurais are mainly focused on just battles with bulk of enemies the reason why they put on such a heavy armor…whereas shinobis are mainly stealthy…they surprisingly kills enemies with no clues and they are also used in fetching info of enemies and as of for being stealthy they need to jump, climb, hide, run faster which is the main reason they never put armor on. 3. Samurais can be referred as sheriff of town whereas shinobi can be referred as a soldier…

I am pretty sure that the "pudding body" thing was an extra blood mod (I'd assume here you know what "mods" for videogames mean). The vanilla, or the normal, unmodded, authentic version doesn't have THAT much blood. It does have blood sprays, but not THAT much.

Actual ninjas did not wear black suits, but instead wore clothing such as farmers or townspeople. The image of a black suit first appeared in the 1760 Kabuki play ``Tekunuki.''

Serious question, could you have realistic fighting technique in a game and still have it be a solid enjoyable experience? And I mean in a game along the lines of this not something that's ment to be closer to a sym which you're going into expecting a more grounded degree of gameplay.

I would say on a spectrum of arcadey to grounded the most realistic swordplay can be found in Ghost of Tsushima, Mordhau, and Hellish Quart. They each have very realistic elements of sword combat.

@@GuyWithAnAmazingHat nah, Nioh is definitely a fantasy game, historical experts would be better for something like total war or assassin's Creed that's advertised as being historically accurate
@GuyWithAnAmazingHat
@GuyWithAnAmazingHat 3 жыл бұрын
@@brytheguy4515 No, did you know that every single event in the game is taken directly from history? William was actually the person who changed Japanese warfare towards the end of the Sengoku era by empowering Tokugawa with his cache of guns and cannons, so in a way he actually helped unite Japan under Tokugawa's rule. Stuff like Okatsu marrying William in Nioh 2 is a direct reference to Tokugawa marrying his daughter to William to keep him in Japan. Even the cannon fired by William's ship Liefde during the Battle of Sekigahara in the game is a direct historical reference. That cannon shot changed the tide of battle, pushing Kobayakawa Hideaki to order his forces to join Tokugawa's side. There is so much history in this game, it is more history than fantasy. It's basically a history game with mythology added to it. This game is literally more historically accurate than Ghost of Tsushima which uses original characters and plot, the real events that happened in history had a completely different outcome with the samurai on the island killed and Mongols destroying the island.
