He is a Master Graduate in MA (Psychology), MS-Counseling & Psychotherapy, MBA, M.Phil (Psychology). Gampa Nageshwer Rao has organized IMPACT Free Training to unemployed youth since 1996, more than 60000 youth benefitted out of this program. Gampa Nageshwer Rao has organized more than 60 Telugu trainers trained youth under his coordination.

సూపర్ గా చేప్పారూ గాంప్పా నాగేశ్వరా రావు గారు....., నా పేరు రాకేష్.., వయస్సు 30..., గాంప్పా గారు నా జీవితం షాట్ కట్ చేప్పాలంటే 2005 లో మా అమ్మ చనిపోయిందీ..., 2006 లో మా నాన్న తన పేద్దమనషులను తిసుకుపోయి పేళ్ళి చేసుకోని ఇంట్టికీ వచ్చాడు..., 2007 లో మా నాన్న ఇచ్చిన మాట తప్పీ కూతురును కన్నాడు..., 2008 మేత్తం పంచాయితీ & పోలిస్ కేసు ల తోనే గడీచిందీ..., 2009 లో మా అన్నయ్య లవ్ మ్యారేజ్ చేసుకున్నాడు ఏవరీకీ చేప్పాకుండా..., 2010 లో మా అక్కకు పేళ్ళీ చేసీ పంపీంచారు..., 2010 కీ నా వయస్సు 19.., ఈ ఓంటరీతనం & ఇంట్లో గోడవలు & నా పీడుసు రోగం వల్ల నాకు తేలవకూండానే డీప్రేషన్ లోకీ వేళ్ళి 2015 తరువాత డీప్రేషన్ & మేంటల్ స్రేస్ నుండీ భయటకు వచ్చాను..., స్కూల్ లో మా సార్ నా పరీస్థీతిని పసిగట్టి. డా,, బీ.వి పట్టాభీరాం బుక్ ను పరీచయం చేశాడు & గంప్పా నాగేశ్వర రావు గారి ఇంప్పాట్ చూడడం వల్ల నన్ను నేను ఇప్రు చేసుకూన్నాను..., ప్రస్తుతం నా పీడుసు రోగం & ఓంటరీతనం వల్ల నాకు 30 వచ్చిన ఏం చేయ్యలేకపోతున్నాను..., నా పీడుసు & నా ఫ్యామిలి గోడవల్ల వల్ల చూట్టాలు & ఫ్రేండ్స్ అందరూ నన్ను ఓంటరీగానే ఓదీలేశారు.., నా ఏదూటీ మనుషులతో నేను ఏలా కలావాలి గంప్పా నాగేశ్వర రావు గారు...., ప్లీజ్ దయచేసీ ఏమైన సలహలు గాని సూచనాలు ఇవ్వండీ ప్లీజ్ సార్............, @* ధన్యవాదాములు *@
