I've been able to grow my hair back with liittleextra reactivate hair growth serum. Taken a three-month apart. First one in Jan, second in March. It's important to apply the serum directly to the scalp and massage into skin with very little pressure. Do not pull on your hair. The hair coming in seems to be good quality. I have less hair fall over all. I use it at night, the serum does not make your hair greasy, but you only need a few drops to work - less is more. Additionally, switched pillows cases to satin so that my sleep is easier on my hair.
