VERY EASY TO FOLLOW AND QUICK TO COOK PORK HUMBA (exact ingredients below)
Humba is a Filipino braised pork dish originating from the Visayas Islands of the Philippines. It is a dish similar to Adobo but it’s sweeter. It traditionally uses pork belly marinated and slow-cooked until very tender in soy sauce, vinegar, black peppercorns, garlic, bay leaves and fermented black beans or tausi, pineapple juice and sweetened with brown sugar. It is commonly includes banana blossoms. It is best eaten on the next day just like Adobo as it will be more tasty.
