We’ve done it again! Inspired by the success of our stunning Flat Track project bike, and keen to bring offroad fun to the asphalt, we’ve been busy in the workshop building up something just as awesome - a sweet, tire-shredding Supermoto!
Once again, we sent our trusted mechanic on a trip through our Technical Accessories warehouse to grab everything needed to create a bike that delivers serious thrills on the asphalt. And the best part is, with just a little bit of mechanical know-how, it’s super-easy to build one of your very own!

I’d love to see a street legal supermoto from GASGAS in the USA. Either a variant of the KTM 690 SMC / Husqvarna 701 supermoto or even something slightly smaller with the KTM 390 / Husqvarna 401 engine in it. The long service intervals would be nice and black supermoto wheels would be a must! Offer a Troy Lee Designs graphics kit to make it look similar to Justin Barcia’s factory Supercross ride!!!

Sad that the part number wasn't specified for the parts used in the video. It would really be great if it was included so anyone wanting to get this bike and have it customized in the same way could have some reference to work with.

GasGas needs a 450 enduro... The 350 is nice for enduro riding but not so nice on the street

@@kmbot The 500 is more or less the same engine platform as the 450. I personally like the 450 better than the 500, if you do the right things it has more power ;)

Does the wing of the mc 85 fit perfectly or do you have to make some modifications? I have an mc 125 and would like to put it on but I don't know if it fits.

Just buy a Husqvarna FS450 it comes with all those bits on, out of the crate…… then change the plastics…. A lot cheaper.

What is the benefit from wider triple clamps? Can’t understand how this impacts handling.

More space for the wider tire and mainly for the wider caliper (there's the risk it touches the spokes)

I have a 2012 year 2012 4T gas model, exceptional motorcycle. But as I am located in Brazil 🇧🇷 the parts policy is low and they form a cartel. Parts values far beyond what is normally charged anywhere in the world. Today here in Brazil a clutch costs around 1500-2000 dollars. A replacement of cylinder, piston, rings and valve is around 4000 dollars as our market only has motorcycle (national) and motorcycle models Gas Gas, Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Ktm, Beta, Husqvarna, Husaberg, Suzuki are called ( Imported motorcycle ) . Parts dealers sell parts for astronomical prices, and if you need them you have to pay. A sad reality for sports/leisure lovers.

GasGas customer service it´s the worst I ever experienced, If you contact a brand with a problem expect some kind of solution, not rude words and closing the case with no further explanation.
