Join the concrete crew as we pour and finish a garage floor as part of a large project. I was finally able to try out the new DeWalt trowels. I liked them so much we ended up finishing it 3 times. The floor came out great and saw cutting will happen in the morning. Enjoy

Fair play to Ryan stopping & giving the poor guy walking in the torrential rain a ride. Personally I believe Carlito not Ray. Ray has absolutely zero common sense or initiative. It's not the first time he's lied & tried to throw other people under the bus he's tried doing it to Pat more than once. I think even Ryan is wising up now that Ray screws up a lot & there is now way it's always someone else fault.

I think it was just a mis-communication, Carlito showing up and Ray said "Take the truck to the jobsite" while Carlito still being in his truck thought Ray meant his personal truck.

@@esousa486 Before you own your mistakes you have to realize that you made one!! Ray is often preoccupied in thought. Perhaps he thinks in another language and has to translate into English. It takes time to handle that sort of thing, especially if languages are not your forté. And don't forget the cultural differences! Maybe Ryan should threaten big Ray with banishment to Australia. Might be the making of him. PS. It didn't work with the then Prince Charles. 🇦🇺😁

Ryan, I have watched your new for at least 2 years now. You are a really good guy and boss. Having said that please get a crew that can think for themselves. It's so frustrating to see your crew make the same mistakes over and over and over. Can't anyone take the reins and lead. A crew like this should be able to handle 90% of the jobs without you if needed. I can hardly watch anymore!

Ray came out after Carlito he would have seen he wasn’t driving the form truck so if he’d told him to take the truck he could have stopped him and said something. Love the way he covered the lumpus with plastic to hide it from Ryan. 😂😂
