Any time I’ve been to a garage sale held by a house worth 1 million or more (which isn’t frequently) the pricing was always way too high. When people don’t know what things usually go for at garage sale...they treat their sale like it’s an outdoor eBay or something.

I never put comments and I scrolled down just a few comments and seen just what I was going to say, so I am not the only one who notices it...I like how considerate you guys are and I will continue watching, their are other people out there doing this that absolutely make me mad at how they treat other peoples things throwing them around and talk about the seller’s they are soooo rude! Oh man you should have bought the wooden box on the table of the last house, looked like they were micrometers, there used for machining and a set like that (looks like 0-6inch) go anywhere from 400 to 1200 dollars depending on brand, but I also don’t know what they had priced on them so may not have been a good deal, just know there expensive! Keep up the good content, enjoy watching!

distraction is such a good tool. when someone starts to think about what they are selling or for how much........ "so what is the story on this", that can make or break a sale. i always use my kids as a tool, i can talk people down a good amount when they believe the item is for my kids. though the wrinkles puppets are always mine. mine mine, all mine.

Question for you Ryan, Why did you pass up the firetruck? Was it too expensive did you take a look at it? I normally pick those up when I see them and have not had any issues flipping them on Ebay, They normally sell well pending condition. Just curious if you did get a chance to look at it?

Lovely old house. Better than any of the crap they build today. I am surprised that governments have not started crawling around these places & started taxing people. No doubt they will at some stage try some scam. There are so many walking talkies at various sales from what I've seen on line!

I don't carry mine either, I don't like having to keep up with it, whether I put it in my jean pocket, sweater pocket or purse, I have to look through everything to try and remember where I put it, I just let my husband carry it, he is johnny on the spot with his wallet, also we usually go out to eat and do other things. It works better for us.
