Ok, if all the videos ive come across, yours was right to the point, concise and so very helpful. After retireing ing the Philippines, I realized i had a perform vk that could be my interface to my wife's Mac Pro. So i started tinkering with GB. Trial and error and consulting KZfaqr videos like yours got me up and running. You did so much in so little time! Your playing is amazing! Im a keyboard player who loves guitar even more. If you could help with how you get the mix to sound so clear. I go from good to bad audio wise on certain songs. Do know what happens from one to another. Thank you for your channel!
@CyberattackWorld2 ай бұрын
thanks for the comment. my mixes have some issues, but I think the best thing I'm doing mix-wise is picking sounds that will combine well in the first place. for instance i already know what drum machine I like, so I start there, and then I don't record a guitar part unless the guitar sound already sounds good against the drum machine. that way i don't really have to EQ or tweak it very much later. and the fact that I crank out so many of these helps because I already have some sense of what my go-to sounds are and how they're going to interact

Awesome and inspiring as usual! I just shared this with my buddy, who wants to start a music project with me, and I basically told him, "This right here is... The Level" (except on Ableton and Cubase and stuff). I also told him I'd try to recruit you if you were local, but I think we can settle for a clone or something, if you can spare it. 😂 Also, I just wanna say, the 80s/90s mashup vibe in your graphics is funny as hell! I was a kid back then, and it's funny to see all these different takes on it, including yours. However, you do not have a Mr. T action figure, and that makes me sad. If you wanna borrow mine, write to me! 🤪 Also also, I totally sucked at Mortal Kombat. I eventually settled on Civilization 3. 😂

Really dig that slowed down drum beat and the Plasma guitar solo!!!! I'm an older guy who has never used any DAW and have only used a desk top computer running Windows 7. Someone gave me a Mac Pro computer, so I'm curious if I'll be able to learn how to use it. I have a Presonus Audiobox 44VSL interface. Is it asking my brain too much to learn Garageband and MAC this late in life? (Where have all those brain cells gone?) Turning 64 in September. It didn't take as long as i thought to get this old! HA!

@@CyberattackWorld Thanks. It gives me some hope. You're probably too young to remember Shawn Phillips, but he gave me the computer. He's hiring me to go on the road to help with the Canadian part of his summer tour this August. At 81 he's still going strong. Bill Graham called him "the best kept secret in the music business". With 28 albums recorded it's hard to "pigeon-hole" his style. If you're up to it, check out some of his music. There's a lot to choose from. Thanks again... I'll hit the subscribe & like buttons.

I don’t know why- I love your content- but it always bothers me that your talking head shots, your head is at an angle and your neck is never straight and we also rarely see your face front on, I’m sorry if it’s an insecurity thing (which it ought not to be you’re very attractive), but sometimes I watch and I’m desperate to jump through the screen and tweak the mic stand so your posture looks more comfortable. You look a bit tense and squashed at times. Sorry if this comment is weird or a major tweak, I feel bad commenting about somebodies appearance I just noticed it a while ago and can’t stop noticing it. Again thanks for the awesome content and making production more accessible- your tones are always so inspiring.

Hello Sir, I Visited your KZfaq channel and noticed it ranks lower than others. SEO seems to be lacking, though your content is fantastic. Wondering why your videos aren't attracting more views? One key factor is insufficient SEO (your videos' SEO score is 22/100%, that's why your video is not reaching out to the people and you do not have many subscribers, views, likes, watch time, and comments. I also noticed that your video thumbnail was good. If you'd like, I can assist you with improving it. I think your KZfaq channel will make your dream come true. I am waiting for your response.
