Aamir Zaki unfortunately never got the recognition he deserved. Much of his songs & tunes went uncredited since they were bought by other Artist of the time. " Roshni ka yaqeen " the Instrumental was not only composed but even played by Aamir Zaki and sold to Shahzad Roy for his album. @@doityourselffixityourself3110 Junoon band was dissolved and Salman and Ali were not even on talking terms during this song. It was Ali's first solo outing and he had heard this tune from Aamir Zaki. he bought the composition from Aamir Zaki and got him to play the guitars in studio recording. If you get the original CD for the album you would see the credits. But unfortunately everything is on the internet and is not properly credited these days.

All my friends we're discussing about this only...couple of years back when I went back to kolkata during the pujas... But then they were saying a few weeks back that this band Ausomapto plays really heavy and groovy stuff like korn and linkin park in their live shows... And one of my friends attended their live shows and was absolutely blown away with their performance.. Hence asked you about this band... Since it appears they have not uploaded their heavy content on KZfaq as of yet.

Even the Rock shock magazines and t-shirts have be dominated in the last 10yrs by other genres.

Ali Azmat and the whole junoon team earned their respect by the way of their music across the boarder , truly the original the Indian subcontinent has produced. Still enjoying their numbers as I did while I was growing.
