Not their fault someone over filled garbage bin. That's why most places will not collect over filled bins

If I was the person filming this, I would the LAZY driver get off his butt and move barrels to get to the one he is trying to clamp onto AND let the driver pick up HIS mess on the ground

@PeterALoch keep in mind that sometimes stuff gets stuck in these bins and flies without the driver knowing, and people love to not space their carts or overfill them.

@PeterALoch I know the garbage truck industry and why this stuff happens. Most of the time, it's because people don't follow guidelines to help our refuse dudes. I usually help whatever drivers are in my area most of the time. I know I'm late.
