I often receive messages from parents of young garbage truck fans, telling me that their little ones are huge fans of these longer videos and are fascinated by the variety of different garbage trucks...
...So by popular demand, here is another garbage truck compilation video! This video features a wide variety of all different kinds of garbage trucks, all doing what they do best: picking up trash! You'll see rear loaders, side loaders, front loaders, automated trucks, and even a couple of curb-sort recycle trucks! This video will be sure to keep everyone entertained, from the youngest garbage trucks fans, to fellow adult garbage truck enthusiasts like myself, there's plenty of action! For those who regularly follow my videos, you'll even see a few new trucks that haven't had their "feature video" uploaded yet!

Cool! On the first clip, I've never seen a curbside container grabber attachment for a front loader before...Ingenious! This way, WM doesn't have to spend extra on a separate side grabber truck...Also, at 12:40 that seems to be a much older design side grabber, or at least an extremely complex one compared to many of the others...

This brings me back to my childhood obsession with trash trucks. Fridays were my favorites days because of trash day. 12:40 truck is impressive, talk about long reach. That's why Waste Management is always king.

Why do people dislike this video? Everything you need to know is right there in the title. My toddler adores this video. We use it to learn about colors, weather, and... the parts of a vehicle. There's also a lesson here about how everyday, modern life is possible. My son is very concerned, however, that paper falls out of the dumpsters onto the street. We watch educational videos and music from more than one genre. He does have his favorite videos, though, and my sanity is grateful for the break from Sesame Street and children's songs. We don't always need to watch something with a defined narrative.

I live in town of 2000, all cans are picked up by 3rd party company paid by the city, and all trashcans HAVE to be the dumpers.

My son loves when the rubbish day rolls over, he would run to the front and watch the truck pick up the bin and would religiously wave at the driver. Unfortunately he hasn't been well for a couple of months now and unfortunately he didn't get his "roadside view" from his hospital bed that he hoped for. Anytime I see a garbage truck I think of when I was a kid and there was this garbage man named Gus who was quite possibly the coolest guy in the world! Every week me and my parents would sit outside waiting for him and every week he’s let me push the button that compacts all the trash in the back. And he drove one of my favorite trucks ever, the kind with the arm and claw that takes the can all the way to the top like at 9:27. One time I was swimming in a kiddie pool and he pretended he was gonna grab me and take me up

I've been a school bus driver for 2 years. Over the summer I did truck driving the one year and then ready mix the next summer. Couldn't stand either of those but loved driving school bus. Only thing was it was seasonal. I recently went in for an interview for garbage truck and got paperwork to go get my drug test so I'm pretty much already hired. I'm not all that excited about trash but this video is cool to show the different types of trucks I will be working on. The place I'll be at has a huge selection of different trucks so I guess if I don't like the one then I can try the next. I really hope I like this decision because I don't want to be a job jumper. Plus, like the bus driving with this job I'll be home by like 5pm. I love being home early. But, i'll be getting paid for a 40-50hr week and not just a 28hr week and year round. Thanks for the video.

He is two y/o, and his only request that trumps "bin trucks" is "bin truck rocket ships" - a bit harder to find on KZfaq. well this was a joy. thanks for finally uploading one of the WM Portland recycling Labries!! also quite happy to see the Lane-Apex amrep MSL earning its keep. but the Arrow Sanitary / WC one operating downtown looked like a million bucks...even with the poor man's tipper it had. love to see more of that truck, do you know if it sees regular duty on any residential routes? the Walla Walla python is just a disgrace, nothing against the operator, but that was an everyday "situation" and it took what, 28 seconds? shame on Heil nice work overall, now post full vids of that stuff we haven't seen yet :D

We used to have those bins up in Winnipeg Manitoba and we had McNelis side loaders come and collect those and they were always rough with the bins so he had to buy new ones every couple years thankfully we switch to automatic And that problem was solved

I work in the sanitation industry. We must be behind in the times. We are just now using poly carts. I have a crew of 2-3 runners with me every day hauling a$$ through my rt. It will be interesting to start using the arms.

I work in sanitation, everything we use is automated. Very little rear-load. Also, single stream recycling. No separating, all recycling in 1 can.

I think my favourites are the ones that are front loaders that have a "small" compartment with an automated side loaders arm, I love the 2 step action it has
