Planting bulbs the easy way with these awesome Garden Augers that attach to your drill.
We plant an average of 10,000 bulbs a year, so anything that helps speed up the process is very welcome. I saw these augers on Amazon and just had to give them a try - I have been amazed by how well they work, especially in some of our stonier ground, where using a trowel can be hard work.
It is definitely advisable to use the extra handle with your drill - or use the torque settings if you have a drill driver, to prevent injury if the drill catches a root and twists.

Good stuff, I did a video last year on how to aerate your lawn without any expensive tools and we used the smaller auger.

Been using mine for a few years now after watching a video on an American gardening channel. Saved me so much time and easily paid for itself in time saved within a month of getting it.

Like others, I have both augers and they work very well for bulb planting. I also use the auger for preparing small areas of the lawn where repairs are required, for whatever reason. Very useful.

We have crinum lilies, amaryllis and agapanthus bulbs here in Florida. We are also the largest source of caladiums for the world.

Hi Evelyne, He is some information from the seller that you may find helpful. Thank you for watching. Will work perfectly with any 3/8" or larger chucked drill. For better digging experience, we recommend drills with 18V or greater power, which will help you plant bulbs or others in a very short time. For cordless drills a minimum 14V drill is recommended.
