Chrissy, that's going to be an awesome garden. Have you considered planting Lantana, sage, Salvia, or honeysuckle (especially on the cattle panel arches) for your bees and other pollinators in the area ? Turks cap is also great for pollinators but can take over a flower bed. I think it would do well in one of the 4 ft round beds or one of the rock beds on the side of your garden.
