तुलसी जी भगवती लक्ष्मी का स्वरूप माना जाता है अतः हम पूजा करते हैं। सिर्फ मिट्टी साफ सुथरा रहे प्रतिदिन जल सिर्फ रविवार को छोड़ डालते हैं।मौसम का ध्यान रख कम बेसी जल देते हैं।घृत का दीपक सुबह शाम जलाते हैं। यह तो बरसों से करते आ रहे हैं।
