I felt like our boys left it all on the field after upsetting KC. I think this guy's ability to create something out of nothing is vastly underrated. I've read comments saying he's garbage but I doubt anyone who's ever been in the huddle with him would agree. You've torched us painfully a couple of times, glad to have you on board. Could work out like Gannon, underrated journeyman QB looking for a real home. But I don't want to get too happy just yet. Potential is there though

As a Ravens fan, I always hated playing against him. he's got that weird thing like Ben and Pat where everything is breaking down around him and somehow he pulls a rabbit out his bum. He deserves the chance to start a season on a decent team, hopefully that's the Raiders

I will admit that I was on the phone live with my friend when Richardson had his season ending injury. I told him it was over and that it's on to next year, as I took my jersey off. If I could apologize to the Colts as a team but especially Minshew personally, I would. Dude came in and balled! Had some rough games, but he did about as good as you could ever ask a back up to do. We fell just short, but nobody had us being in the mix for the postseason before the season began to begin with, let alone with our backup leading the way. This season should have any Colts fan hyped for next year!

Cleveland game still hurts. Such a good game ruined by the refs handing it to them. Put us on the back foot for the rest of the season. Minshew and the whole team were much better than expected and quite often, fun to watch. Looking forward to next season w/ Steichen, Richardson and maybe a little Minshew magic still sprinkled in if needed.

I know he wasnt the greatest, but we could have easily had another 4 12 and 1 season after AR went down, but we didn't. A lot of that was because of Gardner Minshew.

Not true, I’ve been telling everyone that the Raiders needed Minshew or Tannehill because our offensive line is bad . Really need 2 guards and a R Tackle, parham is rated as a below average player by PFT

GREAT video. Why on the 4th & 1 we didn't pass to Pittman or hand it off to Taylor to push him through, I'll never know. I know, I know what everyone says that it was an unexpected call, and for that reason a good one. But, I would never have had the pass go to our 3rd string RB who hadn't had enough experience this season, and especially in a highly, make or break intense situation. I just think it was way too much to put on Goodsen. Of course, it would have been easier to blame Gardner or Goodsen, instead of Pittman or Taylor (where everyone would have been much more forgiving). It seems if Gardner called the play himself, he wouldn't have called a Time Out and just gone ahead with Pittman or Taylor or an RPO. Also, if Goodsen had turned around more, he wouldn't have been so off balance to catch the ball, too. I don't know. Such a disappointment. I agree that Minshew is good, and probably one of the best QBs in the NFL. If he were a starting QB for another team, he would feel the importance and no doubt amaze everyone, because it would be his team, not AR's or anyone else's. This video proves he did indeed throw a lot of deep balls and never get the recognition for them by the pundits. The announcers recognized him, though. At WSU, under Mike Leach who had massive confidence in this highly intelligent QB, he passed a lot and had a high Passer rating. Today, he has a Passer Rating of 90.2% and a Completion Rate of 62.6%. Just compare. But, if he stays, they better pay him enough. Good luck, Gardner Minshew!

Taylor's ankle was hurting him so bad he couldn't make a cut and Minshew flat out missed the pass. He threw it a yard behind and 2 feet off the ground. None of the RBs on the roster would've made that catch. Maybe 2-3 RB in the *league* could've made it. (Bijan, Christian)
