I don't know how to tell you this Justin, but that's not a tooth in the sink at 18:20. If you pay attention to the dialogue it clearly states that Garfield made John cut out his tongue. So that's John's tongue in the sink not his tooth.

Hey Thinknoodles! There’s this new horror game called Urge that’s in development. I think it may be early access but im not entirely sure. I know it’s right up your alley because the entire game is about peeing. Yes there are working toilets in the game. They also double as save points. You should definitely look into it.
