Whoever does the Garland City council videos does a really good job, wish we could get somebody like that here in Benbrook, we have a ton of mid/mods as well.

These kid century modern homes were the pinnacle of home design in my opinion.it was the persons & the Beatles in one.open floor plan but cozy & homey because they had open floor plan & were usually less than 3000 sq. Ft.never understood why rich people buy huge houses when the avg.family only use about a third of it.

All that effort to leave a rotted up corner of flashing right in the entry overhang????? wow. Dig the house though, nice work.

Great home. Just to critique, the stack stones fireplace and flooring doesn't work and I would prefer more vintage furniture and wool fabrics. Not the synthetic ones used on the upholstery. Also, why the offset starburst clock?
