1/2 cup Garlic minced
2 tbsp Butter for cooking and extra for garnish
2 cups jasmine Rice, and 2 cups basmati Rice.
1 & 1/2 cups cooking olive Oil
Salt to taste
Pinch of crushed black Pepper
3 cups of broth, and 2 cups of water
