I eyeballed the recipe and it turned out great! This is what I used: 12-15 shrimps 1 egg white About 2 tablespoons of cornstarch A dash of salt and pepper Sauce: 4 tablespoons of butter About 1/4 cup minced garlic 1 tablespoon honey Dash of salt 1 Tablespoon sugar?(left this out because it would be too sweet)

Small tip: Remove the black line from the back of the shrimp, before mincing it. It's mostly shrimp's excrement which you aren't willing to eat as well

It looks so yummy. I bet I could add a bit of good white fish and squid in with the shrimp to make a mixed seafood stick. It made my stomach growl like a tiger lol. Wrap in middle of gimbap would be fantastic lunch for picnics

I‘ve also never ever seen it like this and I find it very weird! Why should I chop delicious big shrimps to a porridge and fry it after?!🤔 Makes not much sense to me, because the consistence of the natural shrimp tastes much better to me and saves a lot of work too…🤷♀️😂 Edit: i read the ingredients list now and maybe with the seasonings like lemon, white wine, garlic, sugar, chicken stock and honey it must taste really good!!🫠 But you also can mix this together to a marinade and let the shrimps dip in, plus serve the rest to the natural roasted shrimps…

@@napperforlife2020 Don’t be so arrogant, who do you think you are?! Do you know me, so how can you say that I don’t know minced beef, have no culture, don’t travel and don’t eat different food?! Shame on you!!!🤬 What I perhaps didn’t pay enough attention to, is that shrimp- especially the bigger prawns,are very expensive outside the coastal regions (so in my country!), and that is perhaps why it seemed wasteful for me to process these expensive and wonderful food into püree.. But yes- mixed with the other ingredients it must taste very nice! Edit: and as you can see on the likes from the original plus my own comment - am I’m also not the only one who thinks this way…🤷♀️

Exactly my thoughts... I absolutely love shrimps but that shapeless grey mixture kind of grossed me out. It's probably delicious but imo breaking the structure of the flesh isn't necessary & reduces the benefits you can get from the fibers and everything inside. Plus ngl it isn't as appetizing to me. The texture of shrimps is nice as it is.

Rather than chopping them directly, it will be easier and faster to take about two or three shrimps at a time, flatten them with a knife or squeeze them first, and then chop them all together! 比起直接剁碎,一次拿大約兩三隻蝦,先用刀面拍打或擠壓扁了以後再全部一起剁,會比較省事也比較快速一點唷!

So many things wrong here. First, you didn’t clean/de-vein the shrimp. That is a vital step unless you want to eat shrimp feces. Second, what on earth made you want to violate those shrimp like that and mash them into a pulp?? I don’t understand the point of all this

just because you dont see a step, dosnt mean it didn't happen also the point of processing the shrimp like that is to make its texture and taste consistent throughout. it also helps with cooking them evenly

I made a variation of this, thanks for the inspo!! I basically made the shrimp paste here but with egg, then shaped it into sliders in a corn flake breading. Air fried for 7 minutes at 370. I made a sauce with mayo, soy sauce, tamari, garlic, and honey.
