ingredients:-
1 kg garlic
1 tbsp mustard seeds
1 tbsp yellow mustard seeds
1.5 tbsp saunf
salt to taste
black salt 1 tsp
2 cup mustard oil
curry leaf
2-3 tbsp vinegar/lemon juice
1/2 tsp kalaunji
1/2 tsp whole methi
1/4 tsp hing
2 tbsp degi mirch powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
