"Ovation" is a 1991 Hatteras Cockpit Motor Yacht that is extremely rare to the market, since it is a full walkaround version measuring 70ft in length. Only a handful of these yachts are believed to have ever been made, and this one benefits from a major refit in 2008.
For the interior, this yacht boasts 4 staterooms, home-size galley, lower helm, and walk in full height engine room access. On the exterior, you have a RIB tender sitting on a Freedom lift on the bathing platform, open cockpit for fishing and diving, spacious aft deck, full walk around side decks, seating on the bow, and one of the largest flybridges featured on my channel to date.

I’ve seen numerous walkthroughs of newer yachts in the $2.5-$3M range and this gets me just as excited with its layout, condition and attractive price point for a 70 footer. I love seeing well cared for older boats and this one especially is something special.

This gives me flashbacks. We went fishing in Chandelier off the Louisiana coast years back on a friends boat like this. His, i think, was a 75ft but exact same layout almost. Its ALOT of boat and this one is well kept. I absolutely love this boat

Nice boat. Affordable. Well, for some. Not me, mind you. There's a lot of value in this one. It ain't as fancy as some, yet it is equipped as well or better. I wouldn't hesitate a second to take this one anywhere in the Caribbean. It may well make longer passages. Don't know that I'm the guy for that. I'd surely be hoping for good weather the entire length of the adventure. Nonetheless, really great to see vessels like this in this price range and condition. Maybe some day...
