If you take Grunt on Tali's loyalty mission during her trial, it looks like Grunt's been made to sit on the naughty step by Shepard.

Breaking out of hospitals, vandalism, battery, grand theft. The Citadel DLC is basically Grunt going through his teenage rebellious phase.

Everything is top-tier, but what I especially love is that there was no mention of Grunt lighting the ryncol before throwing it. That shit just spontaneously combusted and the Krogen drink it. Absolute metal.

That laugh at the end..."I'm Spectre mommies favorite child...I'm untouchable." Smug little lizard.

I love that the car is still burning on the side and Shepard didn't even blink at it coming in and just ask to sign the papers.

Grunt is such a good character and shows what Shepard would of been like as a parent after all, they was the first person Grunt saw, makes sence he bonded to them

Grunt has easily got some of the best dialogue and content in the entire trilogy. There's a *VERY* hard to get scene at the end of ME2 where Shepard calls the group holding the line and Grunt answers with : "Shepard! You're missing it! It's God-damn glorious! I'll climb out on their bodies!" - Grunt is like 2nd from the bottom in rank for answering Shep's call so practically everyone has to be dead for it to occur.

My paragon MaleShep acted like a Daddy to Grunt and made him apologize too. 😄But the dialogue he got after the noodles, it was different. He said "You're my hero, Grunt." 😁

Male Shepard," yeah this is a secret specter operation, nothin to see here" Female Shepard," apologize to the poor man you pranked."

I love how grunt is all sparkly eyed about fighting the rachni. Also grunt has good throwing form for that bottle. Anyone ever try to teach Krogan baseball?

You can just feel the motherly instincts here with Shepard when Grunt gets caught. And Garrus being a proud dad is simply sweet, if he had been there he would have likely been more playgul but disciplined at the same time. Hope these 3 interacted with each other more in later games.

"C'mon Shepard, keep up" may be my favorite line in the trilogy. I've played through the ME series a number of times and I'll find myself saying it when I'm not playing well. Hell, I've used it hiking to motivate myself to get up the next hill.

I love all the Krogan squad mates in the Mass Effect games. You’ve got Wrex, the Krogan uncle, Grunt, the Krogan son, and Drack, the Krogan grandpa.

Everytime I hear Grunt say 'Shepard' I hear it as 'Mom', at this point Shepard is going to mean 'hero' and 'mom' to the Krogan for centuries

By the love of all, I adore this scene. FemShep is really like a mom and Grunt the rebellious teenager. The fact that at the end the conversation ends with "I love you, Grunt" with his reaction being his usual "heh heh heh." makes me laugh hysterically. Never fails. My favorite combo when it comes to squad is with Grunt, Garrus and Tali, romance with Garrus on FemShep, romance Tali with MaleShep.

Remembering that Wrex considers Shepard an Honorary Krogan as well as the fact Shepard did the rite with Grunt. I actually think it makes total sense that Shepard would be seen as Grunt's krogan parent. Wrex is that chaotic-but-loyal uncle/brother/cousin, Garrus is the tired-but-joke and one-liner cracking stepfather/uncle, Tali is the exasperated-but-loving big sister. Crazy uncle Zaaed, confused uncle James, stone-faced Uncle Thane, Aunt Samara, Wine-Aunt Miranda, equally-chaotic brother Joker, the list goes on. And at the top is mother Shepard. Regardless of gender, Shepard is pretty much everyone's mother. And I'm fairly certain Grunt would kill anyone who hurt his mom.

Oh man I love the last scene 😂 It's exactly like a parent asking the child what it did... and then about 2 minutes later the game is like "oh yeah, and there is a burning car just a few meters away the whole time."

Also, I just love the fact that yes other commenters, Grunt called in his mom after getting arrested... Aaaand the way the officer is like "What did you think you were signing?" when FemShep offers to pay for the damages... this whole DLC was just aces!

This scene was one of my top 5 favs in the entire trilogy. The scene where Grunt tells Shepard to leave and he’ll cover them is the only one that had me in bits. The fact that if you didn’t do his loyalty mission in ME2 meant that he died in that scene. Heh heh heh ❤
