What comes through above his amazing talents in songwriting, singing, overall musical abilities, is his decentness. Being well grounded in what’s important in life, he wouldn’t be a bad person to look up up to. What a guy!

Greeting from America. Why is this guy not a household name here????? Simply awesome performance. Found it after watching The Crooner sessions ( quarantine brought me here lol) Sometimes we really miss out musically cross the Pond here.

ALSO a lot of British talent we hardly if ever get to see and hear the likes of. Such trash(rubbish if you will Lol) music here in America these days

He is one of the most genuinely handsome men alive but he is so much more than just a pretty face. His voice is stellar. I'm overwhelmed when I hear him sing. I'm so impressed with the variety of styles that he can deliver as well. There's more. He is a remarkable song writer, incredibly exciting performer and completely delightful, transparent personality and very, very likable. Britain, you do have talent!!

This particular song in this concert is Gary's best performance in his solo career so far. I'm saying this because that high-pitched climax and the sax are a callback to his 1980s club days. It's 2020, the man is near his 50s, and he can still top it.

I love this song. When he does solo concerts he never does “Lie to Me”. I would love to know why. Maybe the notes are too high. As I ssid before I quit breathing because it is so intense and sensual.

@@kaylawoody8982he did it several times, but what he really never did neither in solo, neither with TT live concerts is Will you be there for me, which is such a stylish and up to date song that I can’t find any reason why they never even mention it. To me, it is their best love song ever, and the best Gary sang for a long long time.

what is most amazing is how long he holds the note, it isnt hard to reach, as long as you´re a tenor(if you're a dude that is). But holding the note for 15 seconds now thats skill.

Back in 1999 bought the album only for curiosity. Robbie was massive back then and I was a fan. Never were into TT or Gary. Now if I remember correctly it was song number 3 on the album. "Lie To Me". The original. It killed me straight there, in my room. Never thought songs like this could be still written. It forced me to rethink my opinion on Gary and TT. Superb song!!

Wow im blown away here i just recently started to watch x factor Britains got talent etc and i just thought Gary Barlow was a stoic good looking judge until i heard him sing Lie To Me hes amazing i seen pictures of Gary and his family on holiday as they say and i have to say he has it all a beautifull family an amazing voice in a way im glad i cant work anymore due to an illness i can catch up with the talents of these wonderfull judges . Britain really does have talent im in America but i sure love watching all the judges from the British shows the Voice xFactor and BGT ive turned into a binge watcher and have added Gary Barlow to my list of great singers to watch.
