I don't think it just because of Covid19 situation he becoming like this. Remember when they went to Nakwon Arcade to buy a guitar, he chose the cheapest guitar like any reasonable adult would do. And when his mom bought him cakes as a present instead of toys. He appreciate his mom present and ate it right away. Blessed you little child. You're not only your parent proud and joy. You make us proud too.

Haoh is so grateful for whatever he receives. He saw the gift of the “Gary” boxes and the roasted sweet potatoes but he still smiled and said he liked them. He made the box a hat and took a bite out of the sweet potatoes. He is so considerate and although he was disappointed, he never lets the other person go without a thank you. So mature for his age. What an amazing kid... :)

That’s true some kids gonna cry because of disappointment for the gift that they wanted to receive but Gary’s son Haon is very grateful and he even enjoy the box and sweet potato! He is very matured and know how to appreciate things he received.

I know this is late but you know he still appreciated it. In later eps when they went to the countryside to celebrate Jamjam's bday, Gary had a gift and made the kids guess. Haoh said, "Sweet Potato" with a smile on his face because he remembers his Dad got him that gift and he ended up enjoying it.

I think Gary and his wife raise Haoh with this: They don't kill Haoh's curiousity. Remember when Gary said that he and his wife don't teach Haoh alphabet properly but Haoh keep asking this and that? I think Haoh used to ask: What, Why, Who, When, Where, How and his parents answer all those questions. Sure they may teach about manner but if Haoh have this high consideration, I think he deeply understand about his action. No wonder he's smart. He lives with proper support system.

And this is not even the first time he did this. When they went to the music store to buy a guitar, he first asked the price and then tried other instruments before settling with a guitar purchase which cost the least among everything he tried. He's better than most adults in that regard, tbh. This kid is definitely not just good in memorizing but also pretty analytical. His linguistic intelligence is also advanced. He has displayed his emotional intelligence several times on the show as well. Such a gifted child.

What...he's 30 month old, literally just 2.5 years old? It's only when average/most kids are 2 years old did they just begin talking and this kid is already having full conversations, able to form logical arguments and questions. Him and Jeungjae are of a different breed, just incredibly gifted.

Am I weird ? I thought babies start talking some where at 9 months to becoming a bit legible at 18 months. learning to recognize alphabets could start at this age... ? or is this the Asian parenting in me ? He is indeed very very good, but it's not super shocking.... Just adorable ?

children start talking at around 1 years old, some even before then but i do agree that his speech is advanced and his consideration is also more than alot of children his age

no, you're right! children begin to make sounds and attempt to verbalise at around 9 months, use a fair number of words by 1 and at 2.5 should be able to have conversations etc. if they're developing at the correct speed @@miuhozuki1787

I cried when he he chose the stuff toy. I cried harder when he forced his dad to leave the store so his dad won’t be able to buy him toys. I cried the hardest because of how joyfully he said ‘thank you’ to his dad as soon as he received the other toy. Kang Hao, you’re so kind, gentle and pure. You’re one of the angels here on Earth. 💓

Warms my heart when he didn't want to waste Gary's money eventhough he wants it badly, which shows how considerate he is.. And i really am touched that he said "thank you" instead of rejecting a sincerely bought present for him because he is grateful and appreciates it and does not want to hurt his dad's feelings

He was disappointed with the prank gifts his father gave him. But you can see his face thinking about the situation and moments after he flashed his smile saying he likes it. This shows how he's still a child and how mature he is at the same time. His parents raised him well.

If all kids like haoh, all parents would have an easy parenting. Money would never be a problem. He doesn't even throw a tantrum when gary prank him with the presents. He's such an angel 😇

It's the opposite, really. It's because Gary and his wife are great parents that's why Haoh is such a great kid. Don't confuse otherwise. It is actually quite worrisome that you and almost a thousand people have this opinion. Most people who thinks like that usually will always blame their children for everything (especially when they make some mistakes or they have some shortcomings), instead of accepting their own shortcomings as parents.

right and its great that gary actually knows hao well. he knows what he is trying to do. and kudos to him instead of feeling good and praising hao for his good deed instead he allows hao to understand that he does not need to stress things that adult should be handelling he is allowing him to be more a child that wishing for him to act mature already which i appreciate the most. not most adult resolve to that and one of the reason im certain they are the reason why hao has high eq and iq..

i think its beneficial for haoh that gary tries to joke and tease him it shows how close they are and haoh still shows his childlike self too tho he is very mature for his age his eq is overwhelming it can be worriesome if he often stress out about things so this teasing actually teaches him how to handle himself he becomes more patient and such

It's rare to see a kid this age clearly showing a high IQ and the same time EQ. Usually it's one of the two but if it's both, it's usually shown after some years or so. Gary and his wife must did a great job raising him Ps he's worrying that his father might get "poor" because he has no work and will buy expensive toy but dang it kid your father must be rich with all the gigs he's doing and been done lol

physically, biologically, and emotionally all children have the same capacity and capability to develop well intellectually and socially. their minds can even learn multiple language with enough exposure. the difference lies in how their parents interact with their kids and what kinds of stimuli they expose their children to.

Ha oh is suh a great kid🥺 I think his parents has soo much patience for their kid whenever hes asking questions.. when most asian parents just tell lies most of the time.. like saying stuff thats not reality. a very considerate boy who does not want to hurt his father's feeling for giving him a sweet potato for his children day present by saying that he likes it eventhough his face shows his disappointment....this pure , innocent , smart , beautiful little heart surely and definitely comes from gary and his beautiful wife's heart 💖

Oh my goodness, Haoh is so considerate. You only get little reminders here and there of how young he is when he cries or has tantrums. He a little cutie! I love how curious he is and how his parents obviously make sure that is stimulated and kept up with.

This is the first time I have seen a kid cry for getting more toys. How beautiful is he now, so selfless, so caring, so grateful, so loving, so considerate and how even more beautiful he will grow up to be and how proud must Gary feel how amazing his little baby is. You both have made my day and heart so full ❤️

When Haoh mentioned Covid-19 and that his father doesn’t have a job, okay, I had goosebumps and teared a little bit. That was so priceless. Gary and wife, you guys are really awesome parents. You taught Haoh well.

He is so considerate. He reminds me my little brother he is only 14 and never ask my Mother to buy him things , never insisted even if he know my parents can afford him anything he wants, maybe he know all the things my parents went through that’s why, but I also think that it’s natural for him. He is not materialists and God’s now how teens are very demanding nowadays. I feel grateful to have a brother like him. And I’m happy for Gary to have a son like Hao , this is an actual blessing

I honestly cried when Ha Oh said that his dad should not buy him a toy because he doesn't have work due to corona virus. Same here. We cannot work because of what's going on around us. It's hard but we are always praying and hoping that the virus will end soon. Take care everyone.

nurul hasan Him and HaHa got the lowest IQ scores out of all of the Running Man members. It was the episode with RM, Kyuhyun and a few other guests (lmao can’t remember their names). Doesn’t mean he’s not smart at all, but he’s probably average.

Haoh is so smart, he continues to amaze me! I love the fact that Gary doesn't stop his curiosity, he stimulates his brain and that's obviously doing great to Haoh's education. If they keep on doing whatever they are doing, in the long run, is gonna help Haoh a lot! There's so many children that have the potential do to great but they get limited by their parents, so it just continues to amaze me how Gary is always finding new ways to stimulate Haoh's brain/curiosity

So considerate Hao. Bringback old memories when Gary always shows it on Runningman. In rapper special, when Jongkook Haha Kwangsoo Sukjin humiliated Jaesuk who was tying up Haha's shoelaces, he just stood behind. If sukjin can go with all the prize money while there is an option to share with other members, he simply shares it instead of taking it all. When Kwangsoo easily chose to escape instead of stick with remaining members till the end in train to prison episode, he just chose to stay with them. When Jihyo often betrayed him, he still cheered her even after she eliminated him herself in the game, he was only worried if she could not win without his help. My conclusion is that Gary deserves to have such this lovely kid.

I'm still about 60 episodes away from Gary's last episodes in RM, I don't wanna see him leave! 😭 Good thing tho is that I can at least see Gary on TROS with his baby boy Hao, it's actually thanks to Gary joining TROS that I started to watch RM and I don't regret it 😄
