undomiel152003 I wonder if he is one of the few singers who does so many acoustic concerts. He is just so talented. He really " plays" for the fans. He plays any song people request. It doesn't matter if they are old or new songs. What a great man.

Some years ago, maybe 4, 5 years ago, he did have some acoustic shows, just him and I think, if I remember correctly, Johnny McDaid. They were around California. But as far as I remember, it is not something he/Snow Patrol do, their concerts are very structured with a set list from beginning to end. They might do some surprise concerts in Europe, mostly Ireland and Scotland and England, as a way of promoting their new album. But it is not the norm.

You can tell that he really likes what he does. The poor guy has to do EVERY interview and then he finds time to do these special concerts for his fans. He REALLY is ONE OF A KIND.

The new album is the best so far for numerous reasons. This is a man who does not stop, he's very dedicated to his work. The least we can do is send him our blessings and love.

I don't do life well either gorgeous soul.. a lot of sensitive souls don't.. your heartfelt lyrics and music say so much more than words.. they inspire so many.. as do your actions.. due to my very sensitive nervous system I couldn't see you in my home town of Bangor so I listened from my car.. spellbinding.. you have a gorgeous smile... no.. don't cut your hair! Thank You for sharing didn't realize, Gary speaks to the Fans so often. I joined in with Saturday Song Writer's in 2020 whilst Gary in LA. Loved the experience. Thank You Gary. 🎤🎵😻💕🇬🇧

I bought the album gary I think it's very moving heart felt I love you all I do admit tho my fav has to be hundred million sun's and your earlier stuff but anything by you all is fab to me big fan I am I will be celebrating my 40th birthday seeing you at Manchester on 30th jan I also celebrated my 30th seeing u in liverpool. It was a must have celebrating seeing you all on stage xxxxx

We could all take a leaf out of Gary Lightbody’s book and beat your own demons. I been listening to them for years as well as lots of other British (Oasis, Noel and HFBand Liam, Coldplay, Richard Ashcroft etc etc and Irish(U2) and listen to music with no hating in it ( IF ONLY... IN A PERFECT WORLD). At least we are free to choose when, where and who to listen to. Music is food for my soul and my soul certainly needs healing.
