Got this awesome set as a Christmas gift. I would say the one thing that could have been added to this box set was a GM guitar pick

Finally found the time to read the book. Slightly disappointed at the number of typos that even a cursory proof-readd should have spotted, but nonetheless an interesting insight into a brilliant musician.

does the book only come with the cd box, or with the vinyl too??

I just bought the boxset on vinyl and it does not come with the book. The track list is also shorter than the one on CD... Still Got the Blues is not even part of the track list :-(

These collections contain the studio recordings and a live track (“Parisienne Walkways” - recorded at the 2003 Monsters of Rock Festival) and DON'T INCLUDE THE BOOK OR MEMORABILIA." - It appears with the 4 vinyl set you'd be getting the 28 tracks on the 2 CD version of Blues And Beyond. You would be missing ALL the unreleased live tracks (15 tracks) that are on CDs 3 & 4 in the most expensive 4 CD "deluxe" box set. ... Yes, I know it is a pain in the butt figuring out 8 different versions of the same titled release!
