not bad is it, he loads quite nicely, maybe a bit of a reverse pivot and his right foot turned out quite a lot, needs to clear his hips quicker and get that right foot moving but not bad at all. hit it quite a long way considering.

Slow down your back-swing Jamie - You don't generate any power with back-swing so no point wasting energy (fast twitch muscles) - Slow and steady back and power through.

I just think listing Carra and Neville as two of the best defenders is a bit much. I can name 10 defenders better than both of them without even thinking. Don't respond, I don't wanna get into a 45 comment argument, each to their own. Peace and Love x

If you base it on skill alone,probably.But its their leadership on(and off) the field,their commitment to the team and to the game that makes them more valuable than those with better skill than them.Incredibly hardworking bunch of guys who eat,sleep and breathe this game.
